These next few months

They are going to be crazy, busy!! Literally something happening EVERY weekend. Fun things, but filling up the weekends, nonetheless.

One BIG thing off our list is Amber's final Senior project being turned in. Now she can relax a bit until the board presentations.

Amber's project was to learn how to conduct a band.

Then we had David's first parade. The Holland Happenings Parade in Oak Harbor.

Yes, I'm getting the good old stink eye here.

My boy has good trombone cheeks :D

And while David and I were in Oak Harbor, Rob and Amber were driving over to Ellensburg to Central WA University for the STATE Solo/Ensemble competition. We just received her scores and she received a II. Which is an excellent rating. We don't know where in the field of 23 bassoon players ranked. We hope to find that out soon. But if we don't, just know that she's right up there in the top 23 high school bassoon players in the State of Washington is honor enough! So proud of her!!

And I just have to end with the adorable picture of our Lizzie. We miss this little one.
