While Tabitha & I were talking about these shoes, she said "I tried on a pair of these and it's just not me. I couldn't pull it off." Well, David overheard and replied "So did Joshua have to help you get them off?!?!?"
BAAAAHHHHAAAA!!!
Amber heard us laughing from the other side of store. And we explained to an 11 year old boy, what it meant to "pull it off" when it came to clothes or shoes. It just made me laugh when I remembered that today.

LOL - Men are so LITERAL! I feel the same way - I'm just not hip enough for Uggs.
I love those boots!!! I need to find some...
Amy you know the Ugg boot originated here down under don't you?
They were not originally a fashion statement just wrm slippers for inside use
but when they hit USA all that changed!!!

You are so sweet! Thank you so much for your comment/advice. I think a big bowl of chocolate ice cream is in order tonight! It's so great that through the church you get to meet so many wonderful people who end up being a support net for you. I know I feel blessed to know your family!
Off subject, Vashti, the mother of queen Esther? Correct me if I am wrong! We have a lot of women who carry the name Vashti in our liniage. I do love the name.
Secondly, when wearing new boots I use plastic bags like you get at wally world to put them on and them pull the bags off my feet. Getting the shoes off is another story but I'm sure once broken in they will come off mmore easily! I do so wish I could have a pair like that! The closest I am hoping to get is a pair of fleece lined crocks!
