I'm actually seeing the living room floor again! But of course there is LOTS of things packed in wonderful Rubbermaid containers. I also LOVE Space Bags!!! I can't believe how much tulle I was able to store in those little suckers.
Now to talk a bit about the wedding! WHEW!!! Were we ever tired. It was just non-stop! But the BIGGEST surprise was that our Grandma Vicki was able to fly in last minute on Thursday night. We learned about the trip on Wednesday night and we decided to keep it a total surprise for Tabitha!!! It took some work to not spill the secret because we were SO excited but we did it. It was great!!!

She was starting to suspect something was going on as we were delaying leaving for the church. That and I got my camera out.

As Vicki walked around the corner out of the laundry room!

Tears of joy

Hugs of love
We all went over to the Church at 9:00 pm and stayed until 1:00 am decorating. We got the majority of it finished. Woohoo!!! We did come back on Friday and add more lights and straighten up. I tell you, I could not have pulled off the beauty of these decoration without the help of Laura MaCarrey and Celeste Mergen's. These two ladies were and are INCREDIBLE!!! THANK YOU MY DARLING FRIENDS!!!!!

Friday was very, very, very busy. Our photographer,
Cassie and her assistant Tina flew in and Cassie whisked Tabitha & Josh off for a photo shoot. I caught a few sneaks on Cassie's computer and they were awesome! Vicki and I took Tina to Homestead to check-in and had to wait for 45 minutes for the stupid room to be ready. I was NOT impressed with the staff. Lucky the rooms were very comfortable. But by this time poor Tina was ready to crash as they had been up since 3:00 am OKC time. Robert & Jessica's plane was delayed almost 2 hours. BIG hooray's to Tom for picking them up. Another one we couldn't have done without his help. Vicki and I did the final shopping at Costco picking up the sheet cakes, fruit & veggies. Many people stared at our carts and were very curious about what we were doing with all that food. And they were only seeing half of it!! And literally, every time we turned a corner we saw someone we knew. GO FIGURE!!
Saturday we woke up at (what we lovingly call) the "butt crack of dawn". And it was literally downpouring rain. But we were okay with that!! Really, I just didn't want it to snow! We were prepared for the rain. I had about 5 umbrella's - 2 golf size. So BRING IT ON!!! But by the time we got out of the temple the rain had stopped and it was the most beautiful NW WA sky with big white puffy clouds and blue sky. But it was windy and cold so the "Belle" cape we rented from Ashley (Celeste's daughter) really came in handy and well as looking so beautiful. See the post above for the slide show of some shots that
Kim took for us.
The happy couple were at the temple for pictures and video a lot longer than we had planned but, hey, that's okay. Really, we wanted them to get as many shots as they wanted.
Cassie and
David worked wonderful together and we can't wait to see the proofs of the photos as well as David's video. As soon as their work is posted on their websites I will let you know. Here are a few more that Cassie sent me.

We were only about 45 minutes late to the wedding family dinner. We ate at
Pastazza in their private banquet room and it was PERFECT!!! A great time to just relax and be with people we love. And of course get in a little of Lizzie holding time while Jessica & Robert ate wasn't bad either.

Tina & Cassie relaxing a little.

Lynette, Vicki & Seth

Grandma & Grandpa Frick (Josh's grandparents), Amber & Chris (Josh's brother)

Leslie, Sarah (Josh's sister), Brittany (Josh's cousin) & Jim (Father of the groom)
And off to the reception!!! Arriving right on time at 7:00 pm. I did want to get their a bit earlier but I KNEW I had the best people heping get everything set up and ready to go. I made my heart swell with love as I walked in as saw so many of my friends pitching in and doing what was needed to have things just right. The reception went PERFECT!!! We had the LHS Jazz band for our entertainment.

Amber plays the piano in the band

and she got to WOW her big brother (she followed in his footsteps with an Anderson on the piano) with her playing. Robert also took a turn "tickling the ivories" with "his" song ~
Cleveland Rocks (from the Drew Carry show). If you've ever seen Robert play this song, you KNOW why it's "his" song. His piano runs and the reach of his hands on this piece are AMAZING!!! And it was such a little thing but it meant the world to Tabitha for him to play it.
Then there were the tradition dances:
Bride & Groom ~ ALL for Love by Bryant AdamsBride & Daddy ~ I'll Always Love You by Whitney HoustonBride & Brothers ~ Thank You for Loving Me by Bon JoviOh boy, were the tears flowing!!! What was the best though was during the brothers song. Josh was just getting ready to cut in on Robert and Mr. David just ducked right underneath Josh's arm and literally slid right in between and got Tabitha! It was just too funny. But then the emotion of it all hit David. He literally started sobbing while dancing with Tabitha. It was just pulling on those heart strings. You could easily tell how much David LOVES his sister. Cassie even got a few shots that I hope came out. But I have that photo etched in my mind FOREVER!
We got the bride & groom off at about 9:30 or so. And then the clean-up begins. We had some small problems with not having enough space for people and stuff but had WONDERFUL help in Mary Hancock, Christian (the best man) & Lynette. And we got home around 11ish with a living room overflowing!!! And sweet little Lizzie did pretty good with all the people.
Sunday Tab & Josh & his family came over for food and watching them open their gifts.

Lizzie had a bit of a hard time that day but Rob & I just took turns loving her and taking her away from the crowds.
And David even got some belly laughs out of her. But I'll save those pictures for another post later. Lizzie's so cute in these that she needs her own post :O)
